01 — Design & digitise
Send us your logo and colour references. We digitise it for embroidery — adjusting stitch density, thread direction, and pull compensation to make sure your design translates cleanly from screen to fabric. Digital mockups ready in 48 hours.
02 — Sample
A physical sample with your exact logo on the exact cap body you chose. We sew it, inspect it, and ship it to you in 5–7 days. You check the stitch quality, colour accuracy, and fit before we go any further.
03 — Produce & ship
After sample approval, production starts with in-process checks at cutting, embroidery, assembly, and finishing. Final QC with photo report before packing. We arrange export packing and door-to-door shipping on request.
