How It's Made
From Raw Timber to Finished Humidor
Wood Selection & Seasoning
Precious woods are hand-selected for grain quality, then kiln-dried to 8–12% moisture content. Spanish cedar is sourced from sustainable plantations and aged for stability.
Carpentry & Assembly
Box bodies are cut, jointed, and assembled using traditional dovetail and finger-joint techniques. Every joint is hand-fitted for a seamless, airtight seal.
Marquetry & Inlay
Decorative patterns are created using hand-cut wood veneers in contrasting species. Inlays are pressed, sanded flush, and finished with multiple coats of hand-rubbed lacquer.
Humidification & QC
Humidifiers and hygrometers are installed and calibrated. Each unit undergoes a 72-hour humidity retention test before branding, polishing, and final packaging.
